Scope. The Duke Digital will provide: (a) Google Business Profile cleanup and optimization; (b) one mobile-friendly, one-page website; and (c) a review system consisting of the client’s Google review link, a QR code, and staff guidance.

Fee and payment. The setup fee is $750. The client pays $250 up front before work begins and the remaining $500 after the job is done.
3.
Client materials. The client will provide accurate services, hours, service area, contact details, account access needed for the work, and real photos the client has permission to use. The client is responsible for reviewing these details for accuracy.
4.
Approval. The Duke Digital will present the completed work for client review. Nothing about the client’s business will be published without the client’s approval.
5.
Ownership and access. The website, Google Business Profile, and related business accounts are set up in the client’s name. They remain the client’s if ongoing care ends.
6.
No guaranteed results. The Duke Digital does not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, call volume, or review counts. The service improves the parts of the client’s online presence that can be directly controlled.
7.
Service boundaries. The setup does not include paid-ad management or fake reviews. Work outside the listed scope requires written agreement on the additional work and price.
8.
Optional care plan. The client may choose month-to-month care at $200 per month, a 6-month plan at $175 per month, or a 12-month plan at $150 per month. The care plan begins only if the selected option and start date are accepted separately in writing; other service details can remain flexible by mutual written agreement.
